missed appointment and cancellation policy

We value the time of every client and of our talented artist.

If you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please give advanced 2 HOURS notice, to ensure that you will not be charged for the appointment. We reserve the right to charge for appointments that are missed without notice. 100% of the service will be charged for NO SHOWS & LATE CANCELLATIONS.

No fee is enforced if you cancel or reschedule within 2 hours of the appointment time.
